Turn up the stove and let's get cooking! Despite the promise of Spring, March is still a chilly month - why not warm up with a bowl of our famous Murray's Mac? Join us as we stream straight from our Jackson Park location for this fully interactive, cook-along class led by our very own Chef de Cuisine, Clare Malfitano! You'll be able to recreate our signature mac and cheese recipe on your own in no time.

There's two ways to get in on this comfort food classic:

Purchase a Full Kit Delivery Ticket if you'd like us to ship you all the necessary ingredients! It will include a shipment of 3 cheeses at a half pound each and a dry pound of the iconic Raditatori pasta we use for our famous Murray's Mac. Roasted tomatoes and chorizo are included as well, in case you'd like to spice it up a bit! You will still need some household staples, like butter/salt/pepper, but we will send you a short "grocery list" well in advance!

Purchase an In-Store Purchase Ticket if you'd rather stop by our Jackson Park location to shop the items yourself! *Please be aware that this offer is only available at our Jackson Park location and will require full purchase of the items in-store. You will still need additional household items. This ticket type does not include a product delivery of any kind.

What will be included in my virtual class delivery?

Each Full Delivery Kit will include three cheeses at a half-pound each and a dry pound of the iconic Raditatori pasta we use for our famous Murray's Mac. We also include roasted tomatoes and chorizo for spicing up your mac! In-Store Purchase tickets will not include any physical delivery. Both ticket types provide access to the Zoom class.

When do I receive class details? Webinar link to watch?

All details about your virtual class will be sent to our attendees early in the week of the class. This email will outline what products to expect in your delivery, any items you may need to prepare ahead of time, and details to access the webinar.

Will the class be recorded?

Yes! We record all our public classes and send them to all attendees following the live session. This is for anyone who had a later delivery, couldn’t make the live session, or simply want to review information from class.

Where can I have this order shipped?

All orders must be for US delivery only. PO boxes are also not valid. Please double check your attendee shipping information! Any mistakes may hold up delivery.

When will I receive tracking information for my delivery?

Attendees will receive tracking information once packages are picked up and sent out via FedEx.

When should I expect my delivery?

Deliveries arrive about a day or two before the class. They are sent with ice packs and proper packaging for keeping the contents cold in transit. Signatures are not required.

What if I received damaged/broken/missing any items in the delivery?

When do tickets sales close?

Ticket sales close 4 days before the live event and cannot re-open once closed.

*Transfers to a different class date may not be made less than a week before a live class

Allergies/Item Substitutions?

We cannot make substitutions of any kind for these virtual classes, simply due to warehouse constraints. We can guarantee that everything is in its own packaging and there is no cross contamination between products. Please email us if any issues after we have sent the final product list a few days before class.

What if this is a gift?

Please ensure the ‘attendee’ information is filled out with shipping details and email address of who is receiving the gift, not the purchaser. The attendees information is what is pulled for shipping details and class emails from instructors.

Am I able to ask questions or interact with the class?

All throughout the session, only the instructor will have video and sound function operating. Our streaming platforms allow anyone participating in the class to ask a question or make a comment through a chat function.

Do you have beverage pairings available?

We are now offering a Beverage Pairing Packet as an add on to your ticket! This comprehensive pairing guide will give you a breakdown of the best pairings among cocktails, wine, beer, etc with our amazing cheeses and is only $5! It may be purchased as an add on during checkout on Eventbrite OR via this link on our Murray’s Cheese website. We will send the Beverage Pairing Guide once sales have closed a few days before class.

Are Your Classrooms Wheelchair Accessible?

Our classrooms are located upstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.
What If I Can't Make The Class I Signed Up For?

Please request a refund through Eventbrite prior to 24 hours before your scheduled class. Your refund will be processed through Eventbrite.
Can I Transfer Tickets To Another Class?

Is There A Wait-List For Classes?

Yes! Feel free to join the wait-list if a class you’re interested in is sold out. You will be notified if there are openings due to cancellations, which are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
I Would Like To Give Someone A Class As A Gift. How Do I Do That?

We strongly suggest purchasing a Murray’s gift card instead of individual tickets to classes. You can purchase a gift card online here or at our New York City retail stores.

How Do I Buy Class Tickets With A Gift Card?

Please visit our classes page on Eventbrite and decide which class you would like to attend. Once you know your class title, date, and time, follow this link to give us all of your gift card information. We will process your request ASAP, and you will receive final confirmation of your class attendance in an email from Eventbrite. YOUR CLASS RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THIS FINAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM EVENTBRITE. You can also call the Murray’s Education department during business hours, Monday to Friday,11:00 AM- 4:00 PM ET, at 212-243-3289 ext. 642.

Limits on Liability

By registering to attend and attending Murray’s Cheese In-Person Class, Tasting, or Catered Event ( each, an “Event”), I, and on behalf of any other attendee that I have registered for the Event (collectively, “We” or “Our”) hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages or personal injury, death, or property damage which we may have or which may hereafter accrue as a result of our attendance at or participation in the Event. This release is intended to discharge, in advance, Murray’s Cheese, LLC, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, members and managers and all other members of its staff whether contracted or employed, from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected to in any way with any participation at the Event. We agree and understand that our attendance and participation at the Event is voluntary and we assume risks associated with the activity in which we will be participating. If alcoholic beverages are consumed during the Event, we understand that this may increase our risk of injury and agree not to operate a motor vehicle if we may be over the legal limit. I represent and warrant that I am authorized to provide the aforementioned waiver, release, and discharge on behalf of any attendees that I have registered for the Event.
