Nothing beats a pot of ooey, gooey fondue, and this seasonal class provides a delicious opportunity to dive deep into the Alpine classic. First, you’ll get to taste four uniquely flavorful cheeses made for melting. Then, your classroom will transform into an all-out fondue party, with pots of fondue (Murray’s expert recipe) and a range of sweet and savory dippers and accompaniments. Plus, wine to sip as you dip.
For the November 9 class, we’ll be joined by the maker of Murray’s authentic Gruyère and Vacherin Fribourgeois to learn about all things Swiss cheese.

In-person classes take place in the classrooms at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.
